Gimlet

A simple and classic cocktail made with gin and lime juice, typically served in a chilled cocktail glass with a lime wedge garnish.

Instructions

Shake 60ml of gin and 15ml of lime juice with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
