Daiquiri

A classic rum cocktail made with white rum, lime juice, and sugar or simple syrup, typically served straight up.

Instructions

Shake 60ml of white rum,
30ml of lime juice,
and 15ml of simple syrup with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
